From Wemple Raod & Feura Bush Rd (near Hewitts Greenhouse). Follow Wemple Road through Glenmont. Cross over Rt. 9W. CAUTION the speed limit drops to 30 mph ! Follow Wemple Road past the Soccer Plex, cross over the NYS Thruway bridge, go down the hill, cross over the Rail Road tracks and look to your LEFT. The Tri-City Labor Training Center. The gym is around to the left as you enter the parking lot.
